1. Inserting the pipette
Holding the pipette at the top, push it carefully into the aspirating cone until it is securely fastened and air tight. Do not use force to insert glass pipettes.
2.Aspirating liquid
Immerse the pipete into the liquid, press the aspirating button unitil the pipette is filled just above the desired mark. 
3. Dispensing liquid
Place the pipette against the wall of the vessel, press the dispensing botton completely.
